Our Owner and Broker, David Zelinski has the final say in everything that happens with every property we manage to make sure every owner gets the best service available. Next to David is Jo, she looks after the daily running of each property, providing unmatched levels of customer service and attention to the homeowners and tenants. Jo understands not only the needs of homeowners, but the stress and demands of tenants and owners concerns. We invest in advanced technology systems so we can provide you with the best service and manage your property efficiently and effectively, while also providing the small family business feel. Our owners feel like they are apart of the process without the stress, while being able to sit back and receive a check every month. We take care of cleaning procedures including inside and outside, fireplaces, and carpet cleaning. We make sure your home complies with current rental property requirements and all maintenance aspects including winterizing and lawn care even when the home is vacant.

Worries; to Include Interior Cleaning, Fireplaces, and Carpet Cleaning

★  We Review Leases Prior to Expiration Date

Websites, Facebook and Property Simple

★  We Prepare 1099’s, Send Out Year End Statements, and communicate with Tax Professionals

★  We Provide Free Current Market Analysis Upon Request

★  We Coordinate Contractors Work and Inspect Any Major Jobs or Repairs as well as Take Photos

★  We Coordinate Requests Between the Tenant and Owner

★  We File Eviction Documents and Go to Court On Owners Behalf (If Needed)

★  We Take Digital Photos of Your Property Before and After Moving a Tenant,
Those Will Be Available to You Upon Request

★  We Can, at your Wishes, Refuse Any Tenant with Pets. However, Refusing Pets May Add to the Time it Takes to Have Your Home Rented. We TYPICALLY REFUSE: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Bull Terrier, and Doberman Pincher Dogs. Unless They Have Proper Documentation Stating it is a ‘Service Dog.’
