As with other professions, state licensing is required to become a Realtor®. Prior to taking your licensing exam, prospects must pass two pre-licensing educational courses. While these courses will provide you with the legal and ethical book training, Realty World Today will provide you with additional on the job training.
Once you are licensed, you must affiliate with a Company that has a solid foundation of sales training. The successful Realty World agents are graduates of the REALTY WORLD ACADEMY, with a strong emphasis in business development and customer service.
